A routine seen by...
for midnight 00.00.
When Midnight 00.00 invited me to participate in its project "A Routine Seen By", I found a connection between my ceramic practice and its products: porosity.
I created two pieces designed to absorb the brand’s products, an effect achieved by firing the ceramics at a low temperature. This process allows the material to retain its natural porosity, creating a direct parallel with the skin.
In the skin, porosity acts as a threshold that enables the absorption of fluids that nourish or transform its balance. In ceramics, this same quality defines its ability to retain liquids or allow them to pass through, shaping its interaction with the environment.
Both cases reveal an openness to the world: a willingness to receive, transform, and adapt.
